Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hiveflow's AI workflow orchestration platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Hiveflow for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and all activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To probe, scan, penetration-test or attempt to breach the security or authentication of the platform without prior written authorization
• To circumvent multi-tenant isolation, rate limits, or usage/credit controls
• To submit data you do not have the lawful right to process, or to use the AI agents to generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content
• To attempt to extract system prompts, credentials, or another tenant's data through prompt injection or similar techniques

5. Customer Data & Ownership

As between the parties, you retain all rights to the data you submit into your workflows ("Customer Content"). You grant Hiveflow a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the service, as configured by you and governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement. Hiveflow does not use Customer Content to train foundation or machine-learning models. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the data you submit.

6. AI Outputs & Disclaimer

HiveFlow orchestrates third-party and configurable AI models. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or acting upon them, and for implementing appropriate human oversight (including the platform's human-in-the-loop controls) where decisions carry material risk.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hiveflow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Hiveflow's platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
